Kyle is a rising star in the fitness industry. With 5 years experience and 9 nationally accredited certifications, Kyle has a proven recipe for success. Specialties include: Kettlebells, Sports Performance, Nutrition Coaching, Olympic Weightlifting, Corrective Exercise, Functional Mobility, and Movement Screening.

Kyle believes in himself and pursued an opportunity to work as a personal trainer for his own business! This allows him to create his own training program as he sees fit. BokunStrong is just the beginning of things to come!

Kyle is soon to be pursuing an education in Massage Therapy to be a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT). More to come soon!

I've always been athletic and played sports throughout my childhood. So exercise has always been a routine in my life. I can't remember a period of time where I wasn't pushing my body to the limit. This is the reason why a regimented workout program comes second nature to me. Because my exercise was always attributed to the success of the sports, it created a drive in me to work harder in the gym so I can compete better on the field. Over time, I learned to take the passion for getting better on the field to becoming healthier and stronger.
After developing a routine of going to the gym consistently, I found myself always wanting to learn more about fitness. I ventured online to learn more about personal trainers and what it entitles. Once becoming certified and getting my first few clients, I was instantly hooked. I knew that I wanted to pursue this passion and make this a successful career.

Helping Others
The greatest joy and accomplishments you get in the fitness industry is helping people smash their goals! There is nothing else like training a client for months to change their life. From weight loss to injury rehab, eating healthy or building self-evidence, every journey is just as rewarding. I have been blessed to work with so many different people in such a short amount of time. Being able to have a profound impact on people's lives everyday is more than enough to keep you wanting to work long work days.
When a client comes to me and asks if I can get them to hit their goals, I resoundingly say yes, but it depends on you. I can draw you map and route to the destination of where you want to be, but you still have to do the work and travel there. I say this because this is the approach I use with clients and it is remarkable the results my clients have gotten. They not only change their physical attributes, but more importantly, changing their lifestyle, habits, and mentality. The change of daily routines, habit choice and how they think about things has a profound impact on their health and fitness while also changing who they are as a person. Seeing this transformation unfold before your eyes is truly an amazing thing to witness. I've had countless times where clients tell me they feel like a new person and they feel great to be here or no longer depressed or have the confidence now. This is why I became a fitness trainer.
